I was one of the honored individuals that had the opportunity of a lifetime when I was allowed by god to be a pipe welder on this ship for over four months. I came along late in this build of this amazing ship so I was able to see alot of the final product. I left the shipyard shortly before this left for its sea trial. I just wanted to let everyone know that the hearts and souls of many workers made this ship come to life for those that lost theirs of their loved ones in this terrible tragedy 8 years ago. I am looking forward to making the flight to New York to see the commissioning of this wonderful ship. I am from Roscoe IL and having the priveledge of working on this ship has definately been a highlight of my life. God bless you all and your families.
